For several decades, Corbo's Bakery has been a longtime staple in Cleveland's Italian community. The family–owned–and–operated business recently opened a brand new location here at Mapleside Farms on May 1st. Corbos Bakery specializes in Italian pastries, cakes, cookies and fresh baked breads. Bakery favorites include the crispy-shelled cannoli, tiramisu and the their famous cassata cake, made with custard and fresh fruit filling. Be sure to stop in and see what the brand new Corbos Bakery at Mapleside has to offer!
